Frequently asked questions

If you have upgraded to pro and invite more users you will be charged for those as well. If you are on the Free plan you will not get charged for additional users.

Click Team and enter email of your coworkers. They will get an email with information so they can get started.

Users are managed in the Team section. If you have upgraded to Pro, you will get charged for adding more users to your workspace. Billing details are managed in the Billing section.

Here at Buildplanner, we know that no two projects or companies are the same. We offer custom pricing plans across projects or companies starting at 50 licenses. To see if your project or company qualifies, please contact us below.

Go to Billing and update your billing details. Here you can also download invoices.

If you are not 100% satisfied, please reach out to us via the contact form below. We really would like to hear your feedback. You can cancel your plan whenever you’d like, just go to Billing section.
